Welcome. This page is the core engine of putting my “Glimmer Plan” into practice. I believe professional skills can not only solve technical problems, but also become a medium for spreading warmth. Here, every service you receive - all proceeds are donated to educational assistance projects, directly supporting students in need. This is a win-win collaboration: your problems get solved, and children far away gain more hope because of you.



I provide fully personalized one-on-one services to accurately and efficiently solve your specific problems.

Whether you’re facing tricky production issues (compilation failures, system migration, network problems) or personal project troubleshooting, I can provide in-depth support.

Pricing model:

  • Project-based pricing: For well-defined standalone problems. We’ll assess complexity together before quoting.
  • Hourly billing: For ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting or consulting. Rate: ¥400 / hour.

No generic pre-recorded courses. I provide highly customized hands-on workshops.

  • For individuals (1v1): I’ll design a personalized learning path based on your knowledge background and goals to help you quickly master core principles and practices.
  • For enterprises (team training): I’ll design courses around your team’s actual tech stack and business scenarios, aiming to rapidly improve overall team capabilities, fill skill gaps, and unify engineering best practices.

Pricing model:

  • Individual custom (1v1): ¥400 / session
  • Team/enterprise training: ¥10,000 / day (starting), customized by topic and headcount.


For small-medium teams or startups, I’ve designed a clear collaboration path. We start with a low-risk “diagnostic” service to build trust, then “fix” core issues, and finally upgrade to “long-term support”.

This is the starting point for all enterprise services. Before you commit to a long-term monthly contract, I first need to prove my value and understand your “baseline” through a low-risk, one-time, fixed-price “health check” service.

I’ll serve as your external technical expert, conducting an in-depth diagnosis of your existing K8s / OpenStack / Ceph or other core clusters.

Core deliverables:

  • A detailed “Infrastructure Health Audit Report”
  • A clear “Issues & Optimization Recommendations List”

Pricing model:

  • One-time project: Starting at ¥20,000 (RMB) / audit
    • Price determined after communication based on cluster scale and complexity.

After receiving the “Audit Report”, you can choose:

  • A. Have your own team fix issues based on the report.
  • B. Hire me as a temporary consultant on a project basis (separately quoted) to quickly “clean up” technical debt.

This is usually the natural transition from “diagnosis” to “deeper collaboration”.

After infrastructure is restored to health (through audit and fixes), if you want to maintain this state long-term, we can discuss subscription services:

Suitable for startups with internal execution teams who need senior experts to “guide” and “review”.

  • Services: SRE process standardization, architecture review, CI/CD optimization, performance tuning.
  • Model: Focus on “guidance” & “enablement”, including 1:1 meetings and priority async communication.
  • Pricing: Starting at ¥20,000 / month.

Suitable for enterprises wanting to focus entirely on business and “confidently outsource” infrastructure to professional SRE teams.

  • Services: Monitoring & incident response (SLA), deep K8s/OpenStack/Ceph operations, security compliance, FinOps cost optimization.
  • Model: Requires formal contract & SLA (standard service is 5x8 business hours response, 7x24 available as premium SLA), serving as your “outsourced SRE team”.
  • Pricing: Starting at ¥60,000 / month (customized quote based on asset scale and SLA level).

    • You can view all completed service donation records on my Philanthropy page - a public witness to my professional capabilities and commitments.
  1. Initial Contact: Send your requirements (personal issues, training, or enterprise audit) via email to [email protected].
  2. Proposal & Quote:
    • Individual services: I’ll quickly confirm the problem with you and provide project quote or estimated hours.
    • Enterprise services: I’ll have a brief meeting (15-30 minutes) to clarify audit scope and provide a clear proposal with fixed quote.
  3. Service Execution: Once we reach consensus, we begin service, training or audit execution.
  4. Completion & Donation: After service completion, funds are credited to the “Glimmer Plan” and published on the Philanthropy page.

I want every collaboration built on absolute trust. Therefore, I solemnly promise: If you feel my services haven’t met expectations or couldn’t achieve our mutually set goals, you can raise this anytime and I’ll provide an unconditional full refund. This won’t affect my personal fulfillment of already committed donations.
